I know I am probably just being paranoid here but has anyone had days that they just don't produce as much as normal? Does it go back?

I pump 6 times a day and nurse 4-6 times. When I pump through out the day I usually get 7-9 ounces each pump. Today I have only gotten 6oz and 5oz. I know I'm probably just being paranoid but I really want to give my son breast milk until 1 year and we're only at 3 months!!

There's a growth spurt at 3 months, so that could be having an impact on things. I have to say though that 7-9oz, 6 times a day sounds like a huge amount. Even 5 ounces is a lot to be getting so frequently. As long as your LO is thriving and is being fed on demand I wouldn't worry about it at all.

That is a lot! At a few months in, your body will naturally regulate the amount of milk to fit your baby's exact needs, so you may not get as much when pumping, but be assured that you are feeding your baby enough :)
