Question about posts I make.

When I start threads or make posts they usually just go straight to the boards.

Sometimes though I get a message saying they need moderator approval. Am I doing something wrong or is it just a random thing?

Ah, I've just read through the rules properly and I did mention a woman I'm not supposed to. Is that the problem?

I can edit that bit out if need be?

I didn't do that in the last post that went for moderation though so I'm still a bit confused. Can anyone help me please?
