Question about sickness

I had it yesterday, but not today? Can it come and go? I worry about everything x

I'd say yes it can come and go. I have days where I feel fine, no symptoms what's so ever then other days I wake and feel rubbish and so sick. I'm only ever sick if I don't eat with in an hour of being awake.

Up today with sore nipples but nothing else,
So everyday is like this for me I pray for all the symptoms possible lol! Xx

I'm really over worrying now because I don't have the sickness feelings. I hate worrying

Yes! Some days I felt totally fine then I'd feel really sick, then a little better then nothing again.
I also worried like crazy but I have an 8 month old snoring next to me now

Thank you for your reply, I'm sat here worrying so much, I have another week until I'm hAving a scan. Like now for instance
I keep feeling small waves of sickness but then I'm questioning is it all in my head 🤔 Ahhhhhh! Xx
