Question about wipes

i am using the bum genuis egyptian cotton wipes at the mo , just with plain water on

i was just wondering what do people put on theirs?

i use them mainly for face hands etc do want to use something that will be ok to wash face mouth etc x

I use some lavender and chammomile in our wipes, and they have been fine on Alexs very sensitive face (that even food can bring him up in red!)
