Question for those taking supplements...

If you take multiple supplements, vitamins, etc
Do you take them all at once or like...take #1, then an hour later, take #2, then an hour later take #3, etc, etc...

I take them all at once but i take them at night

All at once, so much easier than remembering if you've remembered all doses during the day!

I only take Materna.....what is everyone else taking? I take mine at night too.

I am such a dork...I ask a question & then forget to come back and answer myself
I also take all mine together (except those I take more than once a day of course)

I take mine in the morning just because that's when I stand at the counter filling glass after glass of water...lol
