I had white spots on my nipples when I was pregnant and after I had my baby I started producing milk a week later but decided not to breastfeed. Is it okay that even though my milk has dried and my baby is 3 1/2 months old that I still have these white spots?
Is that normal? And does anyone else still have them months after having a baby and not BFing?....
