My question is regarding experiences using Natural Family Planning after a Miscarriage, my husband and I are using the Billings Ovulation method. The baby measured a little over 6 weeks but I would have been 9 weeks when we found out and 10 weeks when everything passed through. The bleeding lasted for 2 weeks, start to finish (spotting included). After that things have been mostly dry except for a few random days of some discharge. My husband and I had intercourse the day after the bleeding and then 12 days after the bleeding, with dry days in between, the last time of intercourse being 2 days ago. It's been mostly dry until today which I noticed the "fertile" wetness, but also spotting. I've had ovulation spotting before, but very very rarely, only once or twice, andI also had implantation bleeding. Does anyone have experience with NFP after a miscarriage, specifically Billings? Things have been dry so I had assumed I wasn't fertile. Can you ovulate while being dry?
Sorry for the long explanation...just trying to explain clearly! I'm just nervously awaiting my period. My husband and I have had intercourse twice since the baby passed through, which was a month ago today (but only three weeks since the bleeding completely stopped). I'm not sure when to expect things and if I could possibly be pregnant again!
