When they get on that plane and go back to the island, what's happened to Aeron!?

And....

After Claire has gone, how do they feed Aeron?!

Yeah, Aaron is with Clare's mum and I never even thought about how they fed him....How old was he when Clare dissappeared?? Only a few months or even younger?
