Questions to ask MW on first visit... Home Birth & Hypnobirthing Hopeful!

I'm sure this thread is sick of this question but....

I've finally heard from the home birthing team and the MW is coming to see me on Tuesday morning. Only thing is my mind has gone blank and I don't know what to ask her anymore?

I'm set on a home birth and hoping to use hypnobirthing too.

Is there anything I really need to ask her or will she tell me all the information I need? Will she give me information about transfer rates etc? Do I offer her a cuppa? I have no idea what to do!
