Hi Guys,
Made dinner last night which meant having the oven on for a couple of hours.
I had some left over tomatos still on the vine, a pepper, onion and garlic...
So i left the tomatos on the vine, qtr'ed the peper and the onion and scattered a couple of cloves of garlic over the dish pealed and whole and then gave it a good splash of olive oil and popped it into the oven at the same time. And left this in the oven over night.
Just chopped the pepper, onion and garlic and skinned the tomato and warmed this up with some spegetti and OMG its amazing In fact for lunch its 2 much so i guess i will be having it for lunch tomorrow.
Just though i would share.
