Quick question - painkillers

Just been hunting down some paracetamol and all i can find is 'Paracetamol Extra' It says theyre 500mg Paracetamol and 65mg caffeine, can i take them???

I don't know what the official recommendations are in the UK, but both the paracetamol and caffeine dosages are well under the advised limits in the USA. So it should be fine, assuming you're not guzzling down a bunch of coffee or soda in addition to the medication.
