this might sound daft but just need some advice,

well my niece has just started crawlin and i was tryin to show my other aunt and uncle how she does it and without thinkin i bent down to the floor and i think i've pulled a musle or something is abit sore like cramping if i laugh or move to fast do you think baby will be ok ?
