Ramzi? 6 week scan

Just been reading about the Ramzi method, is it really accurate or a load of rubbish? So looking at my abdominal scan here at 6+1 I see stuff on the left of uterus (right of photo) so that means girl? Confused!

Ramzi said girl for me both times and I had 2 boys. so I don't know how correct it is!
