Ramzi Theory - Would love some help guessing!

I just had my first ultrasound at 6w5d and I was wondering if anyone can help me use the Ramzi Theory to guess boy/girl. This was an abdominal ultrasound!! Thank you!!!

When I asked on a different website... everyone said girl haha and now everyone here is telling me boy. Can you explain why?

I said girl! I can see your placenta quite clearly on the right of the sac as you look at the picture - Ramzi theory says that this indicates a girl
