This probably isn't the best picture because it is so close up but it was the only one I was given. It was taken at 7 weeks. Anyone familiar with Ramzi's want to take a guess? Ultrasound was done abdominally.

Thanks for your guesses, ladies. At my ultrasound today I was told that there is a 95% chance the baby is a BOY! Really surprised me. Here is the picture:
