Hi. Is say before because sperm can live days inside you with good quality cervical mucus. Betta to have sperm waiting to pounce and its piece of mind. I would BD both days and 3rd day and 3 days prior. Have u tried preseed? My 1st cycle trying it. I ovulted Sunday. When are you due to ovulate?x

If only once then I would say the day of positive on ov strip, as then, like pp said, the sperm is ready and waiting for the egg when it is released. Afterwards may not stand as good a chance as egg starts to deteriorate so quickly.

I'd BD the day of the +ve OPK, especially since this cycle I seem to have ovulated the day I got my +ve OPK....

I ovulated last Friday, going to test on Feb 3rd at 13DPO as that would have been my mum's birthday so I'm hoping it will be a lucky day for me
