is there a rule that you can't post thread titles in capitals?

I just started one in health about GORD, but it auto changes it to little letters (sorry can't think of opposite to capitals...um...lower case! thats it!)

Just wondered, it looks really funny not in capitals xx

I am pretty sure that if the whole title or thread is in capitals, it is not allowed, but if there are some small letters as well it should go through... I think...

If there is more than 4 caps in a row the forum thinks you've accidently got caps lock on so converts to lowercase.
