UK ladies, can someone tell me which brand of teas you used? Is it available in supermarkets - don't recollect seeing it

You can get both the tea and the tablets from Holland and Barrett

i bought the tea bags from holland and barrat last week and the lady at the counter asked if i was 36 weeks or she wouldnt be allowed to sell me it if i wasnt so told a porky and said yes i am however i do look it lol and not far off xx

That's ridiculous!!! It's insane how misguided they all are considering it's a health food and herbal remedies shop!! If it brought on labour the NHS would be prescribing it instead of paying out lots of money for induction drugs!!!!

I've been taking it since 32 weeks now and never been asked in H&B tbh!!

yes exactly.. i said to her that ive heard its more effective it you start taking it at 32 weeks and she said well we are trained not to sell it unless you are at least 36 weeks.. so just be prepared to tell a porky if u get it from holland and barrat before 36 weeks lol x

I bought mine from Holland and barrett in my last pregnancy and i was less than 30 weeks. I was never questioned about it.

I wasnt questioned when i bought it - and i dont think they are allowed to do that anyway U could be buying it to start taking at 37 weeks?

and everything ive read plus MW said to me 32 weeks otherwise body doesnt get full benefits....

...so confusing isnt it LOL xxx

im 36wks tomorrow and have started drinking 3 cups a day bad thing is i really like it aha! x

Ive been taking the caps since 32 weeks. I dont really like drinking lots of tea.
