raspberries?

how do you cook raspberries for your LO's?

we have them in tin's, are they ok for maddi? can i just boil them, mash them and freeze them so i can give her them as a desert with yoghurt and things?

i haven't done raspberries, but with strawberries and blueberries we just mash them and freeze them. I don't bother boiling them, am i supposed to?

p.s i think as long as they in fruit juice and not syrup they're okay but it depends on how you feel about giving your LO sugar.

lilbump - i was just reading my annabelle karmel book and she says to just puree and freeze! am about try to her on it

yea that's all we do mash with back of a fork and freeze. She loves it in her porridge in the morning

Makes good crumble fruit too!
