Rather confused

I was showing early signs last week that were very evident of being pregnant and for some reason I just kind of knew I was. But this week they have abrubtly stopped and it has me worried. My AF should start in roughly three days so I took an early test and it was a which wasnt really surprising but has anyone else gone through something like this and is it possible I m/c?
I plan on taking another test the day that I would miss and another later if I do miss. I guess I'm really just confused about what's happening. Any similar stories or advice would be very very much appreciated.

The mind is a VERY powerfull thing. AF and Pregnancy symptoms are almost the same... and when you think you are Pregnant, your mind can make you feel things you normally dont feel...as well as make your AF late. Test again in a few days and if you still dont have your AF and its a BFN, call your DR.

I would tend to agree with Suz. I once was convinced I was pregnant and it ended up I wasn't. This time around I was convinced I wasn't and I only found out when I was 15wks gone. It doesn't seem like it would of been a mc, as you would have heavy bleeding and cramps. Wait until your AF is late, then test, test, test!! Good luck with whatever result you are wanting.

I'm with Suz too!! AF symptoms and PG symptoms are so so similar you struggle to tell the difference between them.

I wouldnt worry about it too much for now, wait until your late, test and its its still a BFN then i wouldnt think too much into it unless AF still doesnt arrive, perhaps you just got the symptoms confused?
