So.. I'm looking for some help. My three month old is kinda chunky (16 pounds) and has a couple chins. She doesn't get very much air up in her neck and her skin is getting very red and raw. I tried putting powder on her but it quickly gets absorbed and becomes wet-ish and chunky and sticks in her little neck cracks. She does tummy time to help air out the area but it's never enough. Is there anything else I can do short of going to a Dr.????

Also, what is the best remedy for constipation for her?

Thanks for any help at all!!!

nappy rash cream or if your breastfeeding then breastmilk,

I guess short of wearing bibs and trying to change them super often (that's what one of the kids I care for does) to keep the area dry, maybe you could try some coconut oil- it's good for diaper rash and might leave a bit of a barrier for her skin against the moisture

I think cooled, boiled water is supposed to be a good constipation remedy, as is dilute apple or pear juice.

hth :flower:
