So I am taking fob to court....I am really upset and I don't want to but I am done with his games. I am scared of losing though...I am very stable but he's gone against our agreement and wont let me see my son. Anyone else going through this?

I'm going through this right now, just phoned a lawyer today to get things started with court. FOB has broken our agreement countless times and refused to give Maria back to me so I had to take her back in a slightly sneaky way.

That's what I am having to do. Hopefully I can get my son for the weekend and serve FOB. I am just SO depressed about everything, I hate that I am having to do this and I hate that I have to go through court to protect myself, my son, and actually FOB. It protects everyone involved...but I Feel shitty as

it does make you feel shitty but its the best thing to do if your agreement is being broken as thats not fair on your little boy. Hope it all goes alright for you.
