Really itchy legs with red spots

It's like a all over raised rash of red spits on my legs only there really quite itchy I started getting them after I shaved them about 2 weeks ago I think they never went down but I shaved again today and there looking worse should I worry?

Omg I have the exact same issue I shaved my legs last week and the next day I had a really itch spotty RashI originally thought I didn't use enough soap but I am still itchy to the point today I was stood on the playground trying to scratch my self �� but I really don't know what it is
