REALLY late BFP stories?

I want to hear stories of women who got their BFP really late (like 20 dpo +)

Or women who never got a bfp on a hpt and only found out by blood test!

With my daughter I didn't get a bfp at all I had to have bloods done and even then they said I'd mc because my levels were dropping instead of doubling. She was born at 27weeks and is now 2. With my son I didn't get a bfp it was a scan that showed I was 12 weeks, only had the scan because I had af cramps and no af. There is hope!

Do you temp and track your ovulation? Are you positive you are 20DPO? Could you have ovulated late? Sorry I don't have any personal experience with testing lat but maybe you could see a doctor about getting your bloods tested

No, because I have extremely irregular cycles. But I had JUST came off birth control and in my experience, everytime I come off the pill, my cycles stay regular for a few months. About 1/2 - 2 weeks after my last active pill, I started having a super sharp pain in my right ovary area, which I assumed was me ovulating. If my cycle stays regular after the pill this time, af is officially two days late.

I keep having tons of cm that feels like AF came and when I go to the bathroom, it's always just cm? (Sorry tmi)


Also, i don't know if you can see it but I attached my Walmart cheapie from yesterday. If I am pg, I think I'm one of those people that it takes a while to show up in urine. If af doesn't come this week, I'm having a blood test next week. I just want to know because my wedding and honeymoon are two weeks from today!

I've tested positive as late as 5 weeks and my sis has tested positive as late as 6 weeks. As for brands, I've found the Walmart 88 cent ones tend to show faint positives earlier than any other brand but they can give kinda bad evaps. First Response has been the most reliable but I don't typically get a positive until the day of my period.

Just to update:

AF is going on four days late! I woke up in the middle of the night feeling like af came for sure because it was like a puddle down there (sorry TMI). So I rushed to the bathroom and it was just tons of cm!

Not testing again until Saturday!

I had a normal period, then the next month I had what I thought was an early, lite period. It was brownish/pinkish discharge but I threw on a tampon and thought nothing of it. A few weeks later, I thought back and realized that it was not a normal period then came across the term implantation bleeding...bingo! It was spot on! I took a test and it was negative, Ehh must be a period after all. Next month, didn't get my period. Hmmm. Thats odd. Took a test, Negative. Next week, still no AF, but still negative. FINALLY I got a BFP at 9 1/2 weeks! I didnt have any symptoms other then really bratty attitude, like REALLY bad. After I got my BFP, the headache's came full swing and just felt like I had the flu. Unfortunately I miscarried at 10 1/2 weeks, but thats just me. Hope my story can give you some hope!
