hey im just wondering if its normal to have an extremely sore pubic bone?whenever i walk, or even just sitting down..and sleeping is the worst:wacko:. is this normal?
and also im 36 weeks prego and i still dont feel bh...is this normal as well? coz i feel im the only one that doesnt feel them..only rarely i feel like period pain, but no too bad and its rare..
answers appreciated:)

Could be slight SPD, or could purely be the weight of the baby beggining to move down and engage which could be causing pain.

Some people dont get tightenings just the odd crampy feeling - I get both and im sure it changes according to how the babies lying to where I feel it!

yes it could be SPD and I have been suffering from the same (though very mild in intensity) since two or three weeks. I would suggest that you do not ignore this issue and search for a specialist who treats this condition. I went to a regular physiotherapist and she was not much help but the specialist can help you. This problem can still linger on after delivery. It would be good to consult a professional.

Sounds like SPD to me, I have it too, feels as though you have been kicked by a horse in the foof?

I am nearly 39 weeks and still don't have any BH (nor boob leakage or kicks in the ribs) so you're not alone x

good to know thanks:)..and yeah thats basically how it feels LOL makes me feel like ive got a body of an old person at just 18 lol

I've had this since about 33/34 weeks. I mentioned it to my doctor Thursday when I went in, fully expecting it to be diagnosed as spd.

When he did the internal exam, he actually had a hard time feeling for my cervix because LO's head was in the way! For me, the pain is because her head is soooooo low down. He said it's uncommon for the head to drop that low before the cervix is dilated or anything but nothing to worry about.

So for me, it just ended up being a case of my baby being low. So it's not ALWAYS spd. You should voice your concern to you doctor/midwife.

:)
