The last miscarriage I had before I got pregnant with Ophelia we had decided if the baby was a girl we wanted to call her Delilah.Im sat here listening to the radio and that song Hey There Delilah just came on.The lines 'Hey there Delilah,I've got so much left to say' and 'you be good and dont you miss me' really got to me and I'm in floods of tears now.
I feel so guilty for crying over my angels when Ive got my beautiful daughter now....I havent cried about my miscarriages since my little girl was born in July..

Aw hun, that's completely normal. If you need to cry then let it out xxx

So sorry to hear about your loss...I think about my miscarriages everyday. It takes time...crying is perfectly normal.

oh hun its perfectly natural , it dont mean you love ophelia any less ,just that you are still greiving for your loss.

sorry you had to go through this.

ps those are 2 of the most beautiful names ever.

Oh my, this is perfectly normal I'm sure. If I've learned nothing elsesince my miscarriage in December, it's that it feels just the same as a bereavement. It's normal to grieve for loved ones who have died, we never forget them, so it's normal to grieve for our babies too.
Take good care, thinking of you
x

Little things set me off too darling. Perfectly normal. The weird thing is when i went to the doctors after my miscarriage to talk about trying again they had 'Dreams (do come true)' by Gabrielle on the radio.

Fingers crossed xx

Aww, your post has me crying! I thought it was just me that was feeling like that and ungrateful. I'm 10 1/2 wks preg right now but had a m/c just over a year ago. I am finding it so difficult to enjoy this preg because I'm scared it will go wrong. I still think about my first baby every day. People don't realise that you are grieving, just like you would for a family member, but I think it's worse because it's something that you never met.
Don't feel bad for the way you're feeling. Your post has made me realise that it's completely normal and that I'll always miss my first baby. Even better, I know it's acceptable to do that now.
Your little one is gorgeous. Enjoy!

xx

Oh I'm sorry-I never meant to make anyone cry..I'm glad that this has made you feel better about missing your little angel baby and I hope the rest of this pregnancy goes quickly for you so you can hold your little one in your arms without worrying xxx

I read this and it reminded me of when we lost our daughter Rebecca back in November 08. Just one week after the delivery we were watching the music awards (in the states) and Sarah MClaughlin song (your in the arms of the angel, fly away from here) came on. We both just cried so hard, but I looked at it like a sign for us to hear that song at that time. We will never forget her she is our daughter. Just like you will never forget your sweet angel as well.
