Even if you do everything 100% right there's still only something like a 20% chance for healthy couples every month. Just BD as much as you can over your fertile week and try and enjoy the journey x

wiht a positive opk hun it means you will ovulate within the next 24-48 hours (from the first positive) so DTD as much and often as you can over the next day or two hun and you should be good try at least twice in a 24 hour period if you can hun
