hi !.. not really sure where to post this, so here goes ..!
its not about me, but my best friend... im really worried about her.
shes 20, and a few months ago she kept saying to me she wanted a baby ( even tho she wasnt with anyone ).... and i was trying to explain to her its not easy and not to rush into it bla bla bla ... but anyways... she met up with my DHs friend, ( who is a total arse... womaniser etc ) and i warned her what he was like.. but anyways... she moved in with him after 3 days, and moved back out after 2 weeks !... only to discover shes pregnant, shes now 15 weeks and hes taking nothing to do with her. she told him she was preg and wanted to talk to him, and he just said, is this a f***ing joke !?.. im going to buy some booze and watch the football !
..... so i sat with her for hours and hours listening to all her problems, now, this new guy is on the scene, and ive barely seen her in the last month. This new guy, is actually in jail, i dont really know the full story, but i have heard from people i know that he is a nutter!... she is visiting him, writing to him, and he is promising to look after her and the baby. she is also hanging out with his mum ALL the time. She has totally snubbed me !... do u think i should distance myself now, i feel like im talking to a brick wall ! ? i dont want her being with some idiot as i will no longer be her friend. i was worried more than anything and couldnt sleep because she has been my best friend for 11 years, but on the other hand, im not her mother or babysitter and should not need to tell her what is right and wrong in life,
what would u do ?
