Recommend me

A heat protection spray. I straighen my hair nearly every day/other day which I've done since being about 13 but I've never used any protection against heat on it so as you can imagine my hair is getting a lot of damage .

I need to start looking after it more so I would like to know which ones do you recommend?

I swear by Redken anti snap or Tigi Fashionista.

If not, a friend of mine uses the Dove one and the Lee Stafford one and swears by them and really does have very healthy looking hair.

When I straighten my hair I typically use the CHI heat protector spray or Moroccan Oil x

Superdrug's own is lovely-gives it a lovely shine without looking greasy. I love superdrug (it's not tested on animals).

Superdrug own is a good one... I currently use Schwarzkopf got2b heat protection spray and I'm finding thats good too.
