Hi, I'm new to the board, but my husband and I have been TTC for 14 months now. We've just started to consult with the doctors (got some initial blood work done). I've been trying to do internet research about possible conditions and tests, but it's all so confusing! Do you have any recommendations for good books that talk about different fertility problems, what tests rule them out, etc? It would be nice to have it all laid out in one place. Or feel free to link some websites with good information! The more I google, the more I feel overwhelmed...

Thanks!

Taking charge of your fertility by Toni. I have this book

Try The Impatient Woman's Guide to Getting Pregnant. Some tests are outlined in there but it's sort o a light-hearted approach to fertility, etc.

Zita West guide to fertility great book and helps as its easy to become obsessed with the whole ttc it looks at natural alternatives along side conventional medicine. I'd definitely recommend.

Get Pregnant Faster by Dr Marylin Glenville. Lots of information about diet and lifestyle as well as herbs and supplements and tests and procedures.

Thanks guys! I have TCOYF by Toni, and I love it - I feel like it changed my life - I have really irregular cycles, so I started charting years ago, and it was such a relief to finally be able to know what day to expect my period.

I just got The Impatient Woman's Guide to Getting Pregnant in the mail today! I've read the first couple chapters, and so far I like it. She keeps it up-beat.

I'll check out the other ones you guys mentioned. Thanks!
