Recommended Walkie Talkies?

I'm looking for some Walkie Talkies for my 3 year old brother, the character ones all have crap reviews, ELC have crap reviews, JCB junior have crap reviews! Can anyone recommend a good set that actually work, but would still be suitable for a 3 year old?

Anyone? I think he'd really enjoy them, but if they don't work there's not much point...he'll just be disappointed..

Still can't find any half decent ones!!
