Recurrent bladder infections? Natural remedy for UTI?

Hey! I get UTI quite often ad always after intimacy with my spouse. We do not get to be intimate regularly because he lives in another area now for work temporarily. Now when we meet I always get a UTI. Is there anyway to natural ward off these? I drink cranberry juice quite often Is there anything else I can do? I think I have one right now because up until 5 days ago we were together for 2 weeks regularly. So, I guess I may go to my doctor if it is not better soon. but, in the meantime interested in knowing if any of you have experienced recurrent UTI?

I have but I had it before I went into labour, after it and then again, tested today for another op but no urine infection!!! my bladder doesnt feel right at times these days not too sure if its anxiety or my pelvic muscles - I am buying a pelvic muscle machine though to strengthen them - I would of liked to of known why I kept experiencing recurrent uti's though! xx
