I'm new to the website. I'm sorry if I am recreating a current thread I just didn't know where to find this specific subject. Has anyone here had losses and seen a fertility doctor which recommended Ovulation inducation treatment?
A little of my background. I am 26 years old. Been married for 3 years. Have been trying for 1 year and lost two babies in that year. One at
6 weeks and the last at 7 weeks. Both times due to a Subchronic Hematoma. Since then I have been seeing a fertility doctor which ran all sorts of blood work and test and found nothing wrong other than the fact that I have an arcute uterus. He says this should not prevent me from getting pregnant or carrying a pregnancy to term.
We have just started this month with Clomid. He had me start taking the Clomid on days 3-7. When I went in for my ultrasound on Day 9 I had 3 follicles (one on the left and two on the right) and a uterine lining measuring at 6mm. He didn't like the lining so thin but told me it would be okay. He scheduled my Ovidrel trigger shot for Day 11 at 6am with Timed intercourse on Day 12 at 4pm.
I have never heard of doing this treatment for misscarriage losses. He says that the ovidrel shot will help with my progesterone levels. I currently in my 2 week waiting period. Because of my lining being so thin, I am trying acupuncture to see if that helps.
Anyway have experience with the Clomid,Ovidrel,Timed intercourse, Thin lining and Acupuncture?? Thank you
