Says £12 on the tag selling for £8 including postage as when I tried it some of the material has torn on the side at the zipper but you can't notice it (will include a pic of this as soon as DF gets home) that and it's a bit small, definitely a small 16 would probably fit a 14 too.
Picture I have doesn't do it justice so will post more soon, it's tight fitted around the top and the skirt puffs out as it has a netting layer and a layer of material underneath it.
I'm 5ft and it comes just above the knees on me.
