we put it in the oven at 400 degrees until the skin starts to turn color--periodically turned the pepper so it cooked evenly (cooked probably 45 minutes or so?), take it out and put it in a bowl, cover it with saran wrap so the skin comes off, and cut it up for her to eat. She LOVED it
 
eeeeewwww! madd's had one of them today :sick: needed an emergency bath too! sounds good how you cooked them though x
