red rash on face

Hi ladies charlie has developed a red rash on his face and im wondering whether he needs to see a doc? Its only on one side of his face and its just like little red spots under his eye, round his nose and under his chin. Its not bothering him and theyre no blisters or anything. He sometimes gets his rash if my OH has been cuddling him and he hasnt shaved but this time hes had it for a full day.

Any ideas?

Same here. The gp gave me ZeroAQS emollient cream for it today.
