I keep reading contradictions online about when to drink/take red raspberry leaf tea.

Do you take it only leading up to ovulation?
Entire cycle?
Just before O to AF?

I bought some yesterday and O day is Wednesday so I'm just trying to get a good handle on it.

You drink red raspberry leaf tea throughout your entire cycle. It tones the muscles of the pelvis and the uterus which prepares your uterus for implantation, and can help lengthen the luteal phase. It helps improve blood flow to the reproductive organs too. Hope that helps!

I've had the same question and looked it up a few times. Experts disagree about its safety in early pregnancy and the first trimester, but it seems like it is mainly because there aren't many studies on that. I drink it from CD1-ovulation, just because I'm super careful. Red clover tea is great during that time period too- I got pregnant the first time I started drinking it regularly!
