Red Raspberry Leaf useful for c-section recovery?

Yea I'm in the same boat with this twin business, they all say be ready by 35 weeks but I dont feel like it's gonna happen naturally. Im too busy for twins right now, and two lots of grandparents of DH have just gone to hospital and one expected to die with in a month, so that puts a downer on having twins! (sounds selfish of me doesnt it)!

I guess just have your bag packed and things in place so if you go into labor then it will be all organised

We're doing that today - packing bags, I mean. I just want to have the suitcase and diaper bag in the back of the car today so we don't have to worry about it. I feel good today about making it the extra 31 days, and yet here I sit contracting every 3 minutes again. lol I'm glad they're BH and not going anywhere. It keeps me (sometimes unpleasant) company, and makes this part of bed rest feel extremely useful if that makes sense.

Don't feel selfish about the damper thing... it is possible that your babies are what the family will need to bring joy to a sad occasion. There is something only too poignant about life ending and beginning in the same short span; it resonates within all of us, I think. I can't wait to see pics of the twins, so you'd better post them! lol Mind if I add you as a contact or buddy or whatever system BNB has set up?

Done!
I'll definitely put some twin pics on, hopefully Ill be able to do it this month! :D

You'll feel good once the bags are all done, another thing not to have to do if early labor comes!

I'm interested in this - I took RLT in order to make my natural labour easier - 3 tablets a day for like 4 days before my BP rose (nothing to do with the tablets obv) and I was induced. My labour despite being an induction was reall quick only 8hrs start to finish first baby - I pushed for over an hour and ended up with CS as baby was occipito posterior and looking up at the ceiling.

So I cant comment on RLT and the pushing phase but I coul say it made my labour quick, and also I feel so well recovered from the CS already at 8 days, I d hardly had any bother from pain and my loss 'down there' is almost finished up already!

I'd be interested to know if that was the tablets :)

That sounds wonderful! I'd have to read up the thread further to remember how long I've taken them. My bh's have been constant, but that is as it was without the RLT for my first daughter. I'll be sure to update on how the section recovery is - I'm praying for a short bleed or maybe lighter flow. I'd take either happily! lol

My bleedings almost stopped, I'm 16 days now ;)

Mine too! It's like the very end of a period (tmi sorry!) and only light brown - I'm day 8 after section - they obv cleared me out well! Haha xx

Yaaay, and hallelujah! That is what I am shooting for!
