Reflexology anyone?

I think it's a good idea to tell your reflexologist. They can focus on specific areas (the other day mine mentioned that my ovarian reserve was tender - it was because I had AF). Mine was at pains to reassure me that everything I told her was confidential.

I've had reflexology for about 3/4 months now, and although I'm not pg (yet), for the past 3 cycles I have ov'd dead on CD19 (previously it could range from CD17-23) so I'm sure I'm seeing a benefit. And, of course, it's really relaxing.

Yes I would tell them you are trying - they should be keeping it confidential. It will help them to tailor the treatment to what you need. Hope it works OK for you. I am still having it once a month and it is so lovely.

Well, I am having my third session tomorrow but I still have not told her my reasons for doing it. SImply because I work with the girl and I did go on my second appointment with the view of getting my tongue around to telling her. I just think I find it difficult to tell someone I work with. If I did not know my reflexologist then I think I would have told her from the very beginning. I know my colleague would keep it private as that is her personality anyway but I just find it hard to get the words out.

i went for my first appointment 2day it woz lovely booked in againin 2 weeks time!
