reflux or pyloric stenosis?

Hi. I was told that Arwyn has a reflux when we went to a local doctor. She said to have her feeds thickened or change formula or have zantac. I opted for thickeners for her feeds. She would still have urges to vomit but as the milk is thickened, it doesn't go out anymore. 2 days ago she vomit again and it's really projectile vomitting. I was dead worried. I went to my GP to get second opinion. She said to observe if it gets worst as it maybe pyloric stenosis. I hope not.
For those mums who has babies with reflux, what do you do? do they still vomit or urged to vomit if their milk is already thickened?

Even when thickened they still have a tendency to vomit. It sometimes shoots out with quite a force. Sounds like typical reflux.
