reflux

hi i just wondered if anyone had a child/children with reflux my daughter has it and has had it since she was born she is 11 now and was very poorly with it rite up untill xmas last yr now she just gets silent reflux which is more managble. im pregnant with my second child and am worried about havin two children with reflux as my daughter used to asperate her acid and ended up with all sorts of chest infections at best and phmonia (sorry cant spell that) at worse

check out www.livingwithreflux.org they have been great with me and my lot there is a discussion board too. all three of mine have had reflux but only one has had problems with aspirating. they had surgery to stop the reflux in the end called a nissens fundoplication so do reletively well now.
