On my third pregnancy (2 MCs since August) and I am refusing to worry!
I love the support of the PAL forum, but there's so much to worry and stress about and nervousness, I am just trying to put good vibes out there.
I need a new approach to pregnancy!
Repeating mantras like "This pregnancy will be successful" "This baby will be healthy" instead of "I will not miscarry"... don't even want to let that thought pollution into my head!

So who is with me? Who is sick of the worry and stress and needs to improve their way of thinking about their pregnancy? Let's support one another with 100% positive words and thoughts.

WOW! We are very close in dates! I had one loss, in September. We found out on a home test Dec. 20th that I was expecting again, and I have been going through so much of the same thoughts. I keep saying "no worries, this baby is perfect" but sometimes its easier to say then feel. I wont hear the heartbeat for another 3weeks... its TORTURE!

So glad you joined! Negative feelings were creeping up last night so I repeated a few of my mantras. I'll be going to see my doctor Tuesday. I'm almost positive she'll schedule me for a six week ultrasound, which will be the 14th. CD but I'm confident that this is my take home baby!

Sending positive to you ladies. It's hard to be positive, but you will get through it! It's natural to be worried, just don't let it control you or ruin this experience for you.
I had a loss last Dec at 14 weeks. I was and still am devistated about it. But here I am ready to give birth any day now!!!
Good luck and enjoy your pregnancies!

I'm the same way. Refusing to allow negative thoughts into my head AT ALL. Only positive vibes for my growing baby. :) I also have mantras I like to tell myself and am living my life as though I am gonna have a baby in August. :)

Sounds like you and I are prescribing to the same school of thought. :)

Hello,
I need to be more like you ladies and think only positive thoughts. I'm going to start now... This will be a strong and healthy baby.

That's exactly what I've been telling myself. How can we ever enjoy what is probably a healthy pregnancy when we are plagued with negative thoughts about it? Definitely not fair to us or our babies. :)
