Regulated Milk Already?

Hi All:

I am a ftm and just had my lo 1 week ago. I only felt engorgement for about a day, day and a half and now my breasts are always soft and feel empty! I feed her every 2-3 hours but am concerned she isn't getting enough. She has good wet/poopy diapers but I expected my breasts to feel heavy for quite some time.. any input from experience?

As long as her output is good and gaining weight there is no problem.
