Remove my duplicate post?

Hi,

I did a post in TTW in the 3PO thread which is 146 pages long. It's on page 145, its a dupe. Plus may as well delete the one after it if you can as its me asking anyone do they know how to delete a post! hehe thanks, im guessing this is the only way to delete posts?
