Renewal Form

Has anyone else STILL not had their renewal form? I called the benefit people today who said.... "not sure why you've not received the form yet. The system says it hasn't been posted. I don't know when it will be posted, but i'm sure you'll receive it soon." If that's not a string of contradictions I don't know what is.

Maybe because I just applied in March?
