Hi if someone was selling something unsafe. How would you go about complaining about it?

I found an online form should I just fill that in? Worried about phone because of bill.
Any idea of the action the take?

It depends what it is and who is a selling it really

A small business, it's something for very young children with a lot of very small bits on. No warnings or anything

Ah defo trading standards then. I called our local one when I had a problem with a cot from toys are us, the guy came to the house and helped me fight my case as toys r us were refusing to refund me - they were really helpful

If you can buy the product I would get trading standards out as you have a sample to give them x
