Rescue overcooked pulled pork?

I did some pulled pork for tea tonight but even though i covered it in bbq sauce you could tell it was a bit dry. I have loads left (without the sauce) does anyone know a good recipe that might diguise my poor cooking skills.

i would be inclined to leave it in the fridge overnight covered in sauce?
