Have you experienced a stillbirth in the last 2 years?

Would you like to help improve the understanding of how women grieve after losing a baby?

If so, then please consider taking part in this research study looking at the experience of losing a baby and grief. The study is being carried out as part of a doctoral degree from the University of Oxford.

There is so much more we can learn about the experience of stillbirth and how to support parents after the loss of a baby. This research study aims to increase our understanding of grief and emotional experiences following stillbirth. We hope this will improve our ability to predict the level of support that women may need and deserve after their loss, so that we can enhance the support available to women in the future.

Who can take part in the study? Women who have experienced a stillbirth at 24 weeks of pregnancy or later, up to 2 years ago, can take part in the study.

What will it involve? If you decide to take part, it will involve answering a series of questions about your feelings, thoughts, and experiences related to having a stillbirth. You can do this anonymously online which takes around 20-30 minutes to complete.

Thank you,

Helen

A huge thank you to everyone who has taken part so far, this study is so important and your participation is really appreciated.

More women are still needed to take part - so please have a look at the website if you might be interested.

Thank you,

Helen

Thank you again to everyone who has given their time to complete the study. Around half the number of women that we need for the study have taken part already, and we are so grateful.

Please consider taking part in this research if you haven't already done so. Thank you for your time and input.

I would have done it but our last loss was in 2007. Why the limit on two years out of interest? :)
