resting heart rate seems high..

my heart rate is at 97bpm and that's resting.. is that normal? I feel it's quite high but I'm not sure what's normal in pregnancy..

I'm 5+1 x

Do you know what your resting heart rate is usually? I've noticed mine has gone up by about 10bpm since finding out I'm pregnant

I'd try not to worry about it too much unless your struggling for breath. The more you check it, the higher it will go because it will make you anxious

normally 76-80. yeah I've not checked since must just be due to being pregnant xx

I believe it's normal to be higher is pregnancy. What I've noticed is mine is even higher when I haven't had enough water. Usually drinking 1-2 glasses of water brings it down to under 90. My normal HR when not pregnant is in the 60's and while pregnant in the 80's.

A higher heart rate in pregnancy is normal. I can't remember exactly what mine was but it was higher.

Mines definitely higher if I'm hungry!
I think as others have said, it normal for it to be higher anyway when pregnant

Its normal to be higher than usual when pregnant, mine is always around 100bpm but when pregnant ive had it as high as 120bpm! Ive always had a very high heart rate
