Hi there, just a quick thread, i had my results back from my amnio on friday and i am told my baby has downs, i am quite beside myself at the moment, i am so worried, i do have a thread on 2nd tri, and they are wonderful there, but was told that this would be a good place to start and to meet others in the same position as myself. A quick intro, i am 42, tried for a baby for 12 years, lost my first in may and caught with this bump in june. I have also been told that having a baby with downs means that if i have another it is most probable that that one will too. I look forward to hearing from you. I have no experience with downs. But I know what it is like to be given bad news about your baby. My son has spina bifida. I didn't want to read and run.
